- Take the required quantity of the mix.
- Add two parts water.
- Use a ladle of the type shown in the video.
- Make a circular shape on a flat pan.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Add two tea spoons of cooking oil.
- Fold and flip.
- Serve with a side dish.
The usual side dish for dosa is "chutney" but you can also eat it with sauce, ketchup, pickles, curry powder, etc.
